Terms of service

Terms for using the popCalendar website and information about the Mac app.

Last updated October 19, 2026

About these terms

popCalendar and this website are provided by Ighor July. These terms apply to your use of popcalendar.app. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

App availability and licensing

popCalendar is available on the Mac App Store. See its store listing for current pricing, availability, and system requirements.

Download on the Mac App Store

Download and use of the app are subject to the terms presented in the Mac App Store and the applicable app license. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a custom license is provided with the app. These website terms do not replace that license.

Using the website

You may browse this website and share links to it. Do not disrupt its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content in a way that infringes the rights of others.

The popCalendar name, app artwork, screenshots, and original website content belong to their respective rights holders. Access to this website does not transfer ownership of that material.

Planning and calendar actions

popCalendar is a planning tool. Check dates, selected calendars, working-day settings, and event details before relying on a result or saving a change. Working-day calculations depend on the schedule and days-off calendars you choose.

External services

Links to Apple, calendar providers, meeting services, and other websites lead to services operated by their respective providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. Availability and supported actions can change independently of popCalendar.

Privacy

The Mac app does not connect to the developer's servers, and its core calendar and planning features work offline. Location suggestions automatically query Apple Maps as you type a location. This website uses Plausible analytics. The privacy policy explains this distinction and describes optional calendar access and external actions.

Website availability and your rights

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Information may be updated, and access may occasionally be interrupted.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law. Any app-specific warranty and liability terms are governed by the applicable app license and law.

Updates and contact

Changes to these terms will be published on this page with an updated date. For questions about these terms or popCalendar, contact Ighor July through the developer's website.
